Service Description

We’ll explore art making, movement, spirit connection and music in a beautiful location in Squire Canyon in San Luis Obispo. You will get to know your inner critic, how to move beyond blockages and learn how to allow your inner spirit to guide your arts practice. We will share our stories both challenges and successes and lear from one another. You will leave refreshed, with a commitment to your personal arts practice, and a community of artists supporting you.

How Can I Serve?

Everything I offer is in service to the collective:

  • I love creating and collaborating on conscious retreats in natural settings in California and elsewhere.

  • I teach trauma informed yoga and and a co-lead Sacred Being Yoga 's Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher Training (in California and Michigan). We can train your yoga teachers on the 50 hr. Trauma Informed Module.

  • I give talks on how trauma works in the body, essentials oils, adaptogens, and my sobriety journey after ayahuasca.

  • I host musical jams and collaborations monthly and would be happy to collaborate (African Drums or Multi-Instrumental).

  • I've also been known to share my truth (which can sometimes be controversial) in intimate conversations on podcasts.
