I love creating and collaborating on conscious retreats in natural settings in California and elsewhere.
I teach trauma informed yoga and and a co-lead Sacred Being Yoga 's Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher Training (in California and Michigan). We can train your yoga teachers on the 50 hr. Trauma Informed Module.
I give talks on how trauma works in the body, essentials oils, adaptogens, and my sobriety journey after ayahuasca.
I host musical jams and collaborations monthly and would be happy to collaborate (African Drums or Multi-Instrumental).
I've also been known to share my truth (which can sometimes be controversial) in intimate conversations on podcasts.
