Service Description

Upgrade your vibration with a 432 Hertz 45 Minute Sound Bath. This frequency has been proven to calm the brain and nervous system as well as enhance mental clarity and focus. The Chakra Crystal Bowls are designed to activate all 7 of your chakra energy centers.

How Can I Serve?

Everything I offer is in service to the collective:

  • I love creating and collaborating on conscious retreats in natural settings in California and elsewhere.

  • I teach trauma informed yoga and and a co-lead Sacred Being Yoga 's Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher Training (in California and Michigan). We can train your yoga teachers on the 50 hr. Trauma Informed Module.

  • I give talks on how trauma works in the body, essentials oils, adaptogens, and my sobriety journey after ayahuasca.

  • I host musical jams and collaborations monthly and would be happy to collaborate (African Drums or Multi-Instrumental).

  • I've also been known to share my truth (which can sometimes be controversial) in intimate conversations on podcasts.
